Public transit is essential to most people in NYC, but the MTA system often faces delays, service changes, and communication breakdowns, with little or no support to help the users out. Users are often left feeling a loss of control, and forced to make decisions under pressure.
Sure Path is a smart transit app designed to help MTA riders navigate delays and plan their trips with confidence. Sure Path re-imagines the experience with the MTA subway to create a more intuitive journey by turning chaos into clarity through human-centered design.
